At Tazeen Fashion & Lifestyle, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please email us at ansaritazeen2026@gmail.com with your Order ID.

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.


2️⃣ Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The item has manufacturing defects.

  • The product is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Please Note:

  • Refunds are not applicable on sale or clearance items.

  • Products that are used, washed, or altered are not eligible for refund or replacement.


3️⃣ Refund Process

  1. Email us at ansaritazeen2026@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order.

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach clear images of the product.

  3. Once approved, ship the item to the return address we provide.

  4. After inspection, your refund/replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Accessories or jewellery

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers


5️⃣ Mode of Refund

  • Online Payments: Refunded to the original source (Credit/Debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.)

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit (if applicable).
