1️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2️⃣ Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Non-Metro / Rural Areas: 4–7 business days
    (Delays may occur due to weather, logistics, or holidays.)

3️⃣ Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders within Maharashtra.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, an additional ₹100 service charge will be applied.

4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
You can track your order on the courier partner’s official website.

5️⃣ Wrong or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
If returned, reshipping charges will apply.

6️⃣ International Shipping

Currently, we deliver within India only.
